Four Views

It’s a lovely place close to nature, though it’s a bit expensive, so maybe not for everyone. The rooms could be made cozier with updated interiors, and small fixes like noisy doors would help. Better lighting and decent chairs on the balcony would also improve things. I’m not complaining, just suggesting ways to make the stay better. The cost could be spread more evenly into the booking price instead of pushing the price up too much.

We stayed for two days at their Four Views homestay, the adjacent building on the same property. There wasn't an option to review that place, so I'm writing here. Four Views and Greenlands share the kitchen and dining area. The view is the only good thing about the stay. There are enough facilities, but not enough staff to keep things clean and in order. The food was pathetic, not even edible. The chef really seemed not to know how to cook. The soup we ordered was like pieces floating in blended water, and the chicken pepper was like chicken in rasam. Even the complimentary breakfast wasn't worth having. The property could be an amazing stay because the view is so good, but they need to improve the food and maintenance.

The views were wonderful, with mountains and sun in the morning and clouds and village lights at night. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean with good room service and hot water all day. Breakfast tasted good, and dinner was great too. We left happy and joyful. A great stay.

The location feels like you're staying above the clouds, and the staff are kind and helpful with prompt service. The complimentary breakfast is decent, and you can order other delicious menu options from the in-house kitchen for an extra charge. The rooms could be cleaner, though. I’d choose one of the higher-end rooms again, as they’re worth the price. The standard rooms make sense if you're looking for a more affordable option in such a location. I’ll definitely revisit.
