Fabhotel Ample Yard

I was pushed hard by Sreedhar to complete a booking, with calls going on until 12:30am. He said I only needed to pay a small amount to hold the room and could cancel any time before 26th December. I paid, but when I later tried to cancel within that period, he told me to forget getting a refund because there was no refund policy. Fabhotels' website says a cancellation within the stated date gets a 100% refund, so I don’t trust that policy. Their customer support has been very bad and hasn’t responded. I’m still looking for a solution. I can back up my review with call recordings and messages with the representative. I was pressured until midnight so he could meet his target, and now I’m stuck chasing a refund despite following the booking process. Calling customer service just gets me a robot, and I end up hanging up in frustration. I wouldn’t trust their website or app. Some people say a couple of their hotels aren’t even at the listed locations, and I’ve heard other complaints too. I believe Fabhotels are fraudsters, and I wouldn’t book with them unless I was completely sure about the stay.
