The location is easy to find, right on the main road, and the place itself was almost comfortable. But the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. When I went to use the elevator, they yelled at me and told me to take the stairs. Customers should be spoken to politely and calmly.

There were several serious problems with the room. The TV never worked, even after repeated attempts to fix it, and leaks caused a foul smell and made the room feel unsanitary. The bathroom flush and gun were also broken, which made basic use of the facilities difficult. The room had no ventilation. The windows were sealed shut, and the stale, stuffy air made it hard to breathe. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the maintenance issues clearly hadn't been dealt with. The photos may look appealing, but my experience was very different. With the poor upkeep, missing basic functions, and unhelpful service, I'd advise finding somewhere else in Chennai.

The rooms were really dirty, especially the bathrooms. A lot of people come here for hospital visits, but the place isn't clean enough. For what it costs, it wasn't worth it at all.
