For what they charge, the quality is unacceptable, and I regret choosing GT Residency. The washrooms were dirty, smelly, and badly maintained, clearly not cleaned before we got the room. They were the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel, and made the entire stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The rooms looked dusty and untouched, with cleanliness far below what a guest could reasonably expect. It felt like housekeeping wasn’t taken seriously. Unless they make major improvements to cleaning and washroom hygiene, I’d advise people to avoid this place.

I’ve been staying at G T RESIDENCY since feb 2025. My. Subroto arranged everything very well, and I came only because of him. He’s genuinely customer oriented. The hotel is very clean and the service is the best.

The staff’s arrogant behavior made an already bad stay worse. The room and floors were very dirty, and the sheets didn’t look washed. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the washroom. Very disappointing, and definitely not worth the money.

The staff were supportive, and Saravana store is nearby. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean, and the food was good.

The location was good, and there was car parking. But the bed wasn’t clean, the bathroom door was in poor shape, and the AC didn’t work.
