Fabhotel Hathvik Park

Just an okay stay, and the service wasn’t good. Breakfast was the worst, and it came on wet plates. They gave one person only half a litre of water for the whole day. There was no tea or coffee with breakfast. When I asked, they explained that drinks weren’t included, and tea cost extra. Nobody has beverages with breakfast? All rubbish.

I couldn’t find the hotel, even after walking around that street for an hour. I’d booked through booking.com and paid in advance. There was no hotel by that name on the street. I called every number Fab hotel had given me, but nobody responded with directions or listened to what was happening. They just kept sending the same location and saying it was there. I gave up and stayed at a hotel on the next street. They cheated me, and there was no refund or response.

Honestly, I regret booking this place. The area’s residents don’t know it as Fabhotel hathvik park because it’s now called The Whiteglow elite, a name apparently changed five months ago. Yet ratings from seven months ago are still there. It’s mainly an apartment building, with each bedroom turned into a hotel room. Even the family room is very small, and the name should be updated on booking sites. If you’re looking for it, search The Whiteglow Elite on maps. The complimentary breakfast was average and brought from outside to the room. Staff didn’t speak good English, so communication was difficult. The location and facilities weren’t worth the money. The rooms are very small and not recommended for a family of four. The owners live in the same building and were very noisy. I wouldn’t personally recommend it.

One of my worst bookings with fab hotels. The hotel isn’t there under the listed name, and fab hotel booking gave no help or reply. They booked the wrong room too. Don’t book through fab hotels or at this hotel.
