Fabhotel Mrv Inn

I ended my stay a day early. The staff were unhelpful and rude, especially at night, and they refused when I asked for cutlery for dinner. The bathroom was uncomfortable too, with broken, dirty taps and no hot water. The rooms felt much less premium than the pictures suggested and were far smaller. Blankets and pillows were dusty, and the place wasn't well maintained. It needs better upkeep and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend staying unless those problems are fixed.

The rooms were so cramped there was barely space beyond the luggage, and the photos gave a completely wrong impression. Stains covered the bedsheets, curtains, pillowcases, and even the walls. This was the worst hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and reasonably maintained. I booked through the Fab application for a one-day business trip and arrived at 3 pm, though check-in was listed as 12 pm. They said the room still needed cleaning and asked me to wait 10 minutes, so I got in at 3:15. The receptionist spoke rudely, in a way that felt like being ordered around. I've stayed at many Fab hotels before, but this one didn't feel like Fab. I couldn't find a Fab signboard anywhere.

I paid for a stay that included breakfast, but they refused to provide it. The service was the worst I've experienced, and I wouldn't even consider this place a reasonable choice for professionals. Please avoid booking here.
