I’d look for another place if traveling with family. Room quality seems to be luck of the draw: my first stay was decent, so I came back, but the second room, on another floor and at a higher price, smelled bad. The AC remotes didn’t work, the washbasin stank from a blocked drain, and the fan wouldn’t run at full speed. It took 45 minutes to get two coffees sent up. They also charge more for bookings made directly by phone than through sites like Oyo and MMT.

Breakfast was the only reason I gave this two stars. The stay was rough: the room wasn't clean, the water heater didn't work consistently, and cockroaches were all over the room and lobby. Watch out for the lift, too, since its sensor isn't active. I can't recommend this place.

I paid online through Oyo, but when I arrived they refused to give me a room, saying they wouldn't accept online payment. They were rude, then canceled the booking and left me searching for somewhere else in the middle of the night. The staff were utterly useless and rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room had salty water, and the food was just okay. The pillowcase hadn't been washed, with lots of hair on it, and the restroom fittings weren't clean. The cupboard was broken, while neither the TV nor AC remote worked. The AC itself wasn't cooling, only blowing air. Room service was poor.
