During our three-day stay, housekeeping entered while we were out to change the screen and clean without asking permission. Reception spoke rudely when we questioned it, and they also wanted extra charges. It felt like they were scamming customers. One woman was walking around arguing with housekeeping and reception, saying her bag had gone missing from her room. The whole hotel was a problem, so please avoid it and don’t ruin your trip. I hear many people from Andaman stay here, so I wanted to warn others too. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, the pillows were old and dirty, and there was poor ventilation, including no exhaust fan in the toilet. The corridor was full of luggage like a godown, and cigarette smell was everywhere.

The room was cleaned only once during our stay of more than a week, and that was after we asked repeatedly. I called reception twice more and spoke directly to room service, but nothing changed. The room had poor ventilation, the toilet had no exhaust fan, and the pillows were old and dirty. Luggage filled the corridor like a godown, with cigarette smell throughout. Room service staff sat on the stairs or did paid work for customers instead of doing their jobs.

The room was clean enough, but it had only a small window and the air was bad. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and I felt they cheated us over money. Laundry cost less one day than the next, so I asked for a receipt first because I felt scammed. The person at the desk refused to give one, told me to shut up, and took the money. I felt completely uncomfortable and am still angry that anyone would speak to a guest that way, on top of all the other unfriendly behavior. I wouldn’t go there.

I booked in the morning and left that evening. My room had cockroaches and bedbugs, and there was no hot water. The reception staff were arrogant, and the paths to the rooms were lined with transport bags. I understand that can happen at a hotel near an airport, but this place is in a very congested area. It mostly seems to be used by Gulf and Sri Lankan travelers. You can find better hotels in the same price range near the high court.
