Very poor experience. The room was dirty, and the washroom was in terrible condition. Please don’t book this hotel.

I had a really comfortable stay at Horizon Inn. The room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely design and a stunning view. The bed was very comfortable, and the modern amenities, quality linens, stocked minibar, and luxurious bathroom with its rainfall shower and premium toiletries all stood out. The staff made check-in quick and smooth, room service was prompt, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. It was peaceful after a long day, and I’d happily recommend Horizon Inn for a luxurious stay.

Getting around was easy from this hotel near the railway station, and having plenty of restaurants nearby was convenient. My room was on the 3rd floor, though, and there was no lift, so bringing luggage up was a hassle. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and the shower didn’t work properly. The location is good, but the amenities need attention.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room felt sticky and wasn’t up to standard, and the bathroom pipes were rusty and sticky too. It seemed like there had been no maintenance for years.

The location is very close to chennai central railway station and easy to reach. The manager was supportive, and after we complained, our room was changed right away. Staff and manager were decent. Our first room was very small and unhygienic, with insects around. It might suit one person, but I wouldn’t choose it for a family. The property has potential, but I hope the owner looks into renovating it and keeping it better maintained.
