The rooms were worn out, with damaged furniture and a broken mirror. They weren’t neat, and the service was the worst.

The location was the only good thing. The room had cockroaches and a dead spider, the jet spray was faulty and unusable, and the wifi didn’t work. Not good at all, I wouldn’t even give it one star.

The location is the only decent thing here. The rooms are poorly maintained and full of mosquitoes, and they don’t provide a coil or repellent. There isn’t even a water bottle at the hotel, not even one for sale. The receptionist also calls guests at odd hours to ask if they have visitors, and says he’ll check CCTV to verify. Treating guests like criminals is insensitive and uncouth. I’d never recommend this place.

Chennai Pearl Residency is a very nice place to stay for a vacation. The people around it are well behaved and trustworthy.
