After 8 pm, the manager at this lodge hardly responds when we call for room service. The rooms are dusty, and the AC seems not to have been serviced in ages. They claim to have five-star facilities, but even the basic room facilities aren’t good. Maybe it’s peaceful because nobody comes to stay here. This was a really awful experience.

The staff were so thoughtful. As the day was ending and they were closing, a woman came and knocked on my door to ask if I’d forgotten to have dinner. I was touched by that kindness. The lobby and rooms looked beautiful, the place was well maintained, and the kitchen, reception, and guard staff were all hospitable. I’m North Indian and didn’t eat much because my diet is different, so I can’t really comment on the food. Highly recommended.

There’s a beautiful historic church nearby, and the hotel itself is clean, well organized, safe, and family friendly. It’s also close to the airport, with a friendly, helpful reception.
