The rooms were tiny and cramped when I arrived, nothing like the photos online. I’d booked a room for one day and paid an advance, but I cancelled immediately and didn’t stay because the place was so different from what had been advertised. It’s been more than a month and my advance still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve had no proper response about it. Even after the cancellation, Fab Hotels emailed me asking for the full room payment. That feels completely unacceptable, almost like cheating. The service was unprofessional, the advertising misleading, and customer support poor. I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Be careful.

Don’t be taken in by the exterior photo or the pictures online. The hotel itself is tiny, tucked into a very narrow street, and the room was tiny too. There was no soap, and only one towel, which was dusty. The bathroom had no ventilation and the fittings were in very bad shape. This place isn’t worth the price.

The customer service was good, and the staff member moved us through three different rooms, but every one was pretty bad. They all smelled moldy and looked unclean, with mosquito blood spots on the walls, old moldy faucets, toilets, sinks, floors and furniture, plus some broken furniture. The AC and air quality were really poor. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or its location. I should’ve looked at all the reviews and pictures first. Booking.com shouldn’t have this property on its app.

I cancelled according to the booking policy after paying in advance, but never got my refund. They don’t respond, and when they do, the replies are rude. I’d never recommend anyone book this hotel.

The room wasn’t cleaned daily, and insects were crawling around in the bathroom. The intercom was dead, too. Apart from towels, they didn’t provide toiletries, toilet paper, or a sanitary bin, and there was no Good Knight liquid. Mosquitoes kept me from sleeping.
