We booked one night. The room itself was in good condition, but the maintenance was terrible: on a summer night the AC in our AC room didn’t work, and nobody dealt with it after we complained. We spent the night without AC. The toilet flush was broken too, and the next morning the geyser wouldn’t heat water for a bath. When we raised this, he didn’t move us to another room and just made excuses. With that kind of response, how could anyone recommend the place? Check all the amenities before booking. The customer service was the worst.

Mr. Prithvi, the hotel manager, sorted out my mistake with no extra charge. I’d accidentally booked a single occupancy room for my boss’s stay in Chennai, but he made sure we were looked after. The room was spotless, parking was easy, and the property was well maintained with good hygiene. It was comfortable and professional, ideal for business travel. Kudos to Mr. Prithvi and the whole team. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay.

We had a comfy two-day stay in a peaceful residential area, and the rooms were non-smoking. Our MMT booking had the wrong dates, but they still gave us rooms. Everything was good.

The room was spacious and tidy, and the staff were polite. They even arranged a taxi for my early morning flight. A really good experience, the best overall.
