I've never had such a bad stay. The room keys weren't proper, there was no hot water, and they hadn't even put a cover in the dustbin. The service was pathetic: no one answered the service call or picked up the phone. They were prompt enough, though, to call and tell me it was time to leave. Checkout was the only thing they handled properly. Never go there and waste your hard-earned money.

After paying a huge amount, we still couldn't get hot water. The staff didn't behave properly, and it felt unsafe for a family. A thoroughly bad experience at a terrible hotel.

Pappu helped us well. The atmosphere was good and the rooms were well maintained. I'd refer this hostel to travellers.

The location near Mylapore's attractions is convenient. Service was poor, and there were no facilities. Even when you ask, you don't get anything.

Don't go here. We called the hotel and were told a rate of around 2000, but when we went to check in, the amount kept increasing until it was 7000 for a normal room.
