The room was dusty and poorly kept, nowhere near worth what we paid. Management also added ₹2000 because we checked in just 30 minutes late, with no valid reason. When we questioned the charge, the staff were rude and unprofessional, acting like we should be grateful they let us stay. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was one of my worst experiences. They seemed to care only about money, not guests. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. It felt like a total scam.

The staff were arrogant and treated us rudely, and the hospitality and cleanliness were both poor. I wouldn’t spend money here again. There are better places in the same price range nearby, so I’d skip this one rather than let it spoil your day.

The rooms were good and well maintained, but one older man was rude and had no manners when speaking. At checkout, he asked me to give money to the woman who cleans at the hotel.
