Once I arrived after booking through agoda, reception mocked me, asking, “You booked this hotel aa?” The room looked nothing like the pictures. When I asked about it, they said the photos had been taken long back. I said I didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund, but they told me to ask agoda and kept mocking me, saying they couldn’t refund it. I had to take my family and stay somewhere else. The whole room was like a bus stand toilet. I’ll never visit again or recommend this place.

The bathroom was filthy and clearly poorly maintained. There were blood marks on the curtains and bedsheet, and the whole hotel smelled bad. Even a zero-star rating feels too generous.

There was no power backup or geyser, despite both being listed among the amenities. The room and bathroom were shockingly dirty and nothing like the photos. Hot water was unavailable, and many of the promised amenities were missing or misleading. It felt as if the photos and reviews might have been manipulated. Service was unresponsive and unhelpful the whole time. If the reviews are genuine, I can't see how this place could get more than one star. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, decent, or honest place to stay.

There was nowhere to park a car or bike, and they didn't provide drinking water, soap, or towels. The room was dirty and reeked of cigarettes, while the washroom had a bad smell that made it unpleasant to use. My stay was terrible, and what I experienced was nothing like the positive online reviews. I suspect some of those reviews may be fake. Avoid this place if hygiene, comfort, and honesty matter to you.
