Itsy Hotels Mirra

This is a service apartment, not a hotel. Listings and promotional banners on Flipkart, Cleartrip, and other booking apps may describe it as a hotel and can be misleading. A service apartment like this may not offer the amenities, housekeeping standards, or professional management expected from a proper hospitality property. The living space isn't suited to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, or a genuine hotel stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Breakfast arrived on time, though the taste was average. We had a small issue with the restroom hand shower, but the staff responded quickly and fixed it right away. We'd gladly recommend this well-managed service apartment to anyone seeking clean, quiet accommodation with good service.

The rooms weren't clean, the bathroom was dirty, one wall was broken, and the bucket wasn't clean either. I felt unsafe, especially as a woman, since we couldn't see anyone at the property. It isn't actually a hotel but a serviced apartment, even though MMT registered it as a hotel. That isn't acceptable. Overall, a bad experience.

The location is awkward, and it was very hard to find restaurants or transport. The rooms are in very bad condition, and I wouldn't recommend staying even if it were free. There's no power backup when electricity goes out, so only the lights and fan keep working.
