They kept us waiting nearly three hours for a room, even though rooms were available. Housekeeping was extremely slow getting one ready, and the rooms weren't ready when we needed them. They also charged an extra 500 rs for early check-in, but that fee wasn't stated anywhere in the hotel policy. The policy only says early check-in may be provided if rooms are available. There's no breakfast and no proper food place nearby. Check-in is at 12 PM and check-out at 11 AM, which they seem to enforce for their own benefit. Don't book here if you need to get to work or have an appointment. The delay could disrupt your plans. Terrible service.

There isn't even a restaurant for food, and they don't have the basic amenities they show in the photos, like toiletries. The staff weren't cooperative, either. I left for work in the morning after asking them to clean the room, but when I returned in the evening it was still just as dirty as I'd left it. The pictures and promises are false. This is a terrible hotel, not worth even rs 300. I'd rather stay in a guest house, and I would never book a Fab hotel again or recommend Fab Hotels to friends. It deserves minus stars.

The manager, Mr. Rajesh, shouted at us and was very rude. He doesn't know how to treat people. The service was very poor, and I can't even give this place one star. It felt dangerous and unsafe to stay here, even as a bachelor.

It's a budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are small but clean, and there aren't any good restaurants nearby.
