The Deluxe Room had a comfortable super king bed, a clean, well-maintained bathroom, and enough space for three people with an extra mattress. The kitchenette was useful too. We spent three nights here during a temple visit and found it a pleasant, satisfying stay. It's in a quieter part of the area, with restaurants, grocery stores, banks, ATMs, and laundry services all an easy walk away. Staff were courteous and helpful. Uma at reception was kind and attentive, and Anish and Tata were quick to assist. Breakfast was simple and decent. I especially enjoyed the ragi vermicelli putu and semiya upma. I'd return on my next visit to Chennai.

The Wi-Fi could be better, but everything else made for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, tidy, and had the necessary amenities. The property was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Staff were courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

We’re planning to stay for a month because this place feels like home and is the best stay in Ashok nagar. The whole staff is polite, greets you warmly, and is quick to help. I love the morning breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and juice served from 7:30 to 9:30. They cook in house with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.

The food was a real highlight during our pleasant, memorable 10-day stay at Lance 21 Premium Serviced Apartments. It was consistently delicious, and Chef Prakash is truly the best chef. Customer service was very good across the board, with special thanks to Lance for the excellent service. Highly recommend, and thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lance 21 worked well for me because its location made it easy to get to major areas in this part of Chennai. Staff cleaned my room regularly, and they also served food to order. The complimentary morning buffet was homely and good. I was very happy with my stay and recommend it.
