Liza Regency

The Chilli Chicken and Alfahm Chicken were both tasty, and the flavor, portions, and quality made them worth the price. I enjoyed the food at Liza Regency Hotel & Restaurant. Service was good too, with polite, responsive staff, and the ambience was decent for a relaxed meal. It’s a good place for tasty food at a reasonable price, and I’d consider coming back to try more.

The room smelled awful, and the toilet was leaky and unhygienic. I left after the first day. It was a bad experience and looked nothing like the photos. Please don’t stay here.

The whole building had a bad odor and wasn’t clean. There were lots of cockroaches and bedbugs, and the TV and AC didn’t work. I also had mobile network problems, and it was very difficult to get through to the receptionist. Don’t choose this hotel.

The room I saw was very different from the photos and from what I’d booked through goibibo. I reserved an executive room with a balcony, but the room was very cramped and the balcony looked like a dog cage. The place was unhygienic, with a dirty mesh and sheet, filthy curtains, and dirty bedsheets and towels. None of the listed amenities were available, so I reported that to goibibo. I checked in two hours late, then had to wait another hour for a room. After I complained, the staff were really rude and wouldn’t offer another room or a refund. Since the room and bathroom were unhygienic, I decided to forfeit my money, checked out right away, and went to another hotel. Don’t trust the posted photos.
