The stay was awful for the price. The building is being renovated and only a few rooms are available. The rooms may look fresh, but the AC didn't work, taps leaked, and the bathroom wasn't fully renovated. Management was very unprofessional, from the service boy to the owner. We reported at night that there was no hot water, but nobody came to check. They only fixed it as we were checking out, then accused us of making a false complaint. At first, they'd said hot water was being brought from the kitchen by the service boy because of the renovation, then changed their story at checkout. Breakfast wasn't a buffet. They chose the food because it was already prepared. They said there would be idly and dosa, plain or set, but when I asked for plain dosa, she brought set dosa within a minute. How could four set dosas be made in a minute? The omelette was beyond description. Beware of DOGS, sorry, their OWNER.

We asked for leaf service, but the staff handled it poorly and acted unprofessionally. Many people at the leaves didn't get several dishes, and our requests weren't dealt with properly. Service and hospitality were very poor.

We've stayed here two or three times before for functions, and the management used to be good. This three-day stay was the worst. The food was extremely poor, management was bad, and despite being told renovation was complete, the rooms still had several damaged areas. Cold water came out sandy and even looked black. They charged a very high amount and wouldn't reduce it when we asked, saying management wouldn't allow a discount. They also said any discount would come out of employees' salaries, which was very unprofessional. Please don't choose this hotel.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. It's very expensive, has no amenities, poor housekeeping, and the buffet breakfast might as well not exist. I tried the intercom several times to reach housekeeping and got no answer. Bring your own toiletries, since basic ones aren't provided. You may want to bring breakfast too, because what's served isn't even basic. And don't plan on showering, the tap runs black water.

The banquet manager was friendly and suggested and organized things very well. We had a pleasant business meeting, with excellent ambience and food. Restaurant staff were well trained and gave us good service during the buffet dinner. Thanks to Team Maple tree.
