Orion Residency

Everything was well arranged, so my stay at Orion Hotel felt smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. Service was efficient and professional, and the reception team was courteous, friendly and happy to help. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

Orion Residency is easy to reach, close to the main road but tucked into a lane, so the surroundings are peaceful. Its main advantage is how near it is to Chennai Central, suburban and Metro stations. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, including a range of leather goods and shoes. The Manager, Mr. Osman, from God's own country, KERALA, is very friendly, as is the staff. They're quick to help when called. Rooms and corridors are generally kept neat, and the rooms and passages and stairs smell fresh. Breakfast is good quality and hygienic, though there aren't many items. The old lift should be replaced. Cockroaches have been seen in rooms, so pest control needs to happen regularly, especially with guests coming from varied backgrounds. WiFi signal is unreliable, and a broader bandwidth would help. Room rates are a little high and should come down to be more budget friendly and competitive.

The location near Central railway station and the Metro station was convenient. The room was excellent, neat and hygienic, and the staff were very polite. Mr.Usman, the GM, provided very good hospitality, and breakfast was good. Overall, we had a good stay.

The staff member, Shahidul, helped us with several things throughout the day. Breakfast was free and really tasty, and the room was ready when we arrived. Check-in went smoothly, and the bed linen and washroom were clean and tidy. We stayed after a late-night concert, and it was a great place to get some rest.
