I only went to see a friend who was staying there, not to stay myself. The receptionist wanted an extra ₹300 just for a visitor. I asked for their card, but he said he didn't have one. I've never heard of a rule that visitors have to pay, and I wouldn't recommend the place. Terrible service.

The rooms were smelly and dirty, and the staff acted arrogantly. They offered an attached toilet when I booked, then gave me a single room at check-in. It wasn't worth a single penny.

I was there on a business trip and the whole thing wasted my time. They showed me a small room I wouldn't accept, then charged me even though I hadn't visited. The rooms aren't clean and the staff were very rude. I can't give less than one star, so that's what I chose. Don't book this for a work or family trip.

The manager got angry when he realized I'd already paid through the OYO app, after charging me almost twice the price shown on the OYO site. Other reviews make it seem like this happens often here. It didn't feel safe, and the place isn't worth what they charge.

They demanded an extra 600rs, and the washroom setup is poor. There aren't attached bathrooms in the rooms. Each floor has one shared washroom for three rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
