I booked a room at Raj supreme residency Hotel in Pallavaram, Chennai through Make My Trip and arrived at the booked time, but the staff said no room was available. I still haven’t got my money back, and it’s very hard to contact Make My Trip. Its hotel booking service is very poor. The hotel’s service was bad too. Don’t book this place online.

The rooms seem 15 years old and smelled foul, and the bathrooms were very dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes, no laundry, and the housekeeping was especially bad. Basic items were missing too, including a dental kit, shaving kit, comb, electric kettle, and tea or coffee sachets. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

There’s no parking. I arrived late at night and had no other option, so I stayed anyway. Please don’t stay here. I’ve captioned all the photos I mentioned. Getting around to various places is easy, but the room hadn’t been cleaned and the cupboards were broken. The restroom was like a public toilet, and the towel was filthy. The exhaust fan was very noisy, and the shower controls didn’t work.

The room was damp and smelled bad, with cockroaches around. The bedsheet and pillow were dirty, and when I asked for a fresh bedsheet, they didn’t change it. They didn’t provide a blanket either. Book here if you want to waste your money.

They weren’t providing proper guest service, and the rooms were very small. The lift wasn’t working, and the pictures uploaded online were fake. The online price wasn’t what I ended up paying: they charged me 2500 for half a day and said a full day was 3500. When I asked for a bill, they gave me a receipt and said that was the only bill they provide. I asked about the online price, and they said online booking was closed. My money was a total loss. I wouldn’t recommend visiting. Don’t waste your time or money.
