The buffet at Madras Kitchen Company at The Westin Chennai Velachery had an impressive range of Indian and international food. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with the desserts as a real highlight. The staff were attentive and very courteous, too. The elegant, welcoming ambience makes it a lovely choice for a family dinner or special occasion. If you're after premium dining in Velachery, this place is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable stay in Chennai. The food was very good both through in-room dining and at Seasonal, and I appreciated the calorie counts on the menu. Everything was halal. WhatsApp communication was simple and effective, something many hotels miss. The room, bed, and bathroom were all up to Westin standards. The complimentary airport and office rides are a big reason I'd consider coming back. They also responded quickly when I asked for liquid soap, and brought a weighing machine when I requested one.

This time, I don't think I'll return, which is a change from my previous visits, when I always had a good experience. The reception staff's lack of common sense and hospitality undid the smooth work of housekeeping, dining, and travel assistance throughout the stay. Westin Velachery, please review how the front office team treats guests and reconsider your hiring there.

Taniya was a wonderful host in the 9th floor Executive Lounge. She interacted so warmly with my 3 year daughter and was proactive in looking after us. Six-star service from Taniya. Keep up the good work.

I had a comfortable, worry-free trip here, with spacious rooms, three restaurants offering plenty of variety, and service out of this world. The spa, restaurant, reception, and travel desk teams were all amazing. Special thanks to Sambhu from the restaurant team, Injemamul at reception, and Raja at the travel desk, as well as the two ladies who greeted me with warm smiles each morning at breakfast. You should all be proud of the service you provide. For comfort and first-class service, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Happy Pongal ❤️
