The water heater didn’t work, so we had no hot water, and no basic amenities were provided. The floors and rooms were poorly cleaned, and even the lifts and other shared areas were unhygienic. Staff were consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. This falls below even basic hospitality standards, and I’d strongly advise people to avoid it. Our stay was unacceptable.

Hot water was available only at certain times, and the AC didn’t work properly. There wasn’t a fan in the room either, which made things uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. The stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this property.

They charged 4000 rupee for our room, which felt like a waste of money. The bathroom had no clothes hanger or bucket, and there was no water heater. We kept asking, but still weren’t given hot water. The manager, Mr. Mohati, talks nicely but doesn’t actually do anything when you complain. The management is awful. This is a low-class, cheating hotel, and even one star feels too generous. Please don’t go.
