Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The snacks were especially good, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a very nice hotel in gangtok. The complimentary breakfast has limited choices, but what they serve is tasty. I had a great stay. Thanks to team pinasa, and to Trip Factory for arranging the booking.

The rooms were fine, but mine had no view, and the room heater came at an extra cost. Food choices could be better. I don't think the 4.9 rating is deserved, so don't be misled.

Rohit and Megha were especially warm and welcoming, and their help made our stay memorable. The staff were accommodating and quick to handle our requests. We spent over four days at Rufina residency and I'd definitely recommend it in Gangtok. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the location has a beautiful valley view.
