Three Points Residency

I stayed here on a business trip and was very satisfied with what I paid. Room service and security were very good. It's a nice, budget friendly place to stay in OMR Chennai, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The water was so dirty that I couldn't bring myself to bathe. There were power cuts throughout the day and night, along with lots of mosquitoes. I think I'd have fallen ill if I'd stayed longer. I booked two nights but left after one, and they didn't refund my money. Getting there was difficult too. I arrived early in the morning, couldn't find the hotel, and the road leading to it was deep inside and full of dirty standing water. Nobody answered my calls to guide me. Never book this place.

The rooms were maintained well, and the few staff members were cooperative. But the price isn't justified, and it didn't feel safe to stay here, with poor hygiene, no proper road access, and little support. I stayed a week, with sewage water right beside the building and lots of mosquitoes breeding nearby. I fell seriously ill because of it. Please avoid.

It was good, though the rooms were a bit small and could have been cleaner.
