OYO 11661 Krishna Park

The room felt like a jail, with no ventilation, and even the door lock was missing. Room service was really bad. Drinking water wasn't good, the restroom was filthy and unhygienic, and management didn't provide the complimentary items. The phone, TV, lamp, and clock weren't working. We weren't given bedspreads either. There was only a window AC, and it didn't work. A total waste of money. Please avoid staying here. 😣

The location is good, but the rooms were dusty and the mattress wasn't clean. The pillows smelled, service was poor, and the price was more like a luxury hotel. A very bad experience.

The bathroom was the worst part: a cramped 5-foot by 4-foot cubicle packed with sanitaryware, no ventilation, and very bad water. The complimentary breakfast was more like a snack. The bed and A/C were okay, and for the price I can accept the stay, though it was still overpriced by my standards. Can't expect more in chennai at this price.

Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room I got was small, but the rest was okay. North Indians may have some trouble with the language, though staff can manage with simple English. There's no lunch or dinner at the hotel, but you can ask the helper boy to bring food.
