The rooms were neat, but the junction nearby has very heavy traffic. The hotel is about 650 meters from the Regional Office ESIC Chennai, at the end of Valluvarkottam High Road toward Nungampakkam. Standard Chartered Bank is roughly 1 km away, though the one-way road makes getting there less direct. They don't supply packaged drinking water or a newspaper. When I asked, I was told the online booking rate was higher than the hotel's actual rate. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but I think the portions are enough: pongal, one uzhunnu vada, six very small idlis (about the size of one regular idli altogether), a small masala dosa made specially for the complimentary breakfast, kesari, and tea or coffee.

I stayed in room 101. It was clean, though there were some mosquitoes, probably because it was rainy season. Srikant at reception was a really helpful, nice guy, but OYO wasn't much help when I needed to stay another day. I couldn't extend online and had to book again at a much higher rate, with only seven rooms there. It's in a market area and has a great vegetarian restaurant with tasty food. An average hotel overall. I'd stay again on my own, but not with family.

The rooms are clean, good, safe, and hygienic. The main issue is that they need more staff to provide good service.

They gave us a warm welcome, and the necessary facilities were available. The location at the Nahambakkam junction is convenient.

Spacious room, and I loved the South Indian food and the cultural feel.
