This place is far from the main road, and I had the most horrible experience of my life. While I was bathing, a Hindi-speaking room and cleaning boy looked in through the toilet window. When I complained, the staff said they weren't responsible for incidents like that. They said he was new, had only joined a few days earlier, and that they had no further details about him. That response showed there isn't even minimum security for guests, especially women staying alone. It doesn't deserve a single star. The service is very bad.

They don't accept online payments. If you pay online, they may refuse to give you a room using some stupid excuse, and they don't refund your money. The staff were rude and arrogant, and they gave no proper answers to questions. OYO should take action to improve this place or remove it from the platform. A totally bad experience and a waste. Please don't visit, choose another hotel.

The service was terrible, and the rooms felt cramped. Facilities were below standard, and the bathroom was filthy and suffocating. Oyo should check a hotel's specifications before making it a partner, or its own reputation will be affected.

The maintenance was poor, and this hotel felt money-minded. After paying in advance, I was charged for things like cleaning and being 5 or 10 minutes late at checkout. They never returned my advance. Bad experience, don't stay here.

The complimentary breakfast was pathetic, and room service was too. We asked someone to carry our luggage and got no response. I'd stayed in about 12-15 different Oyo rooms before, and this was my worst experience with them. We booked for three, but were given a tiny room with an extra mattress, which was filthy. The room, shelves, and drawers were dirty. Half the switches didn't work, and the washroom was filthy, with dirty tiles and taps. It was so small I don't think a normal person could fit comfortably, and the leaking toilet was disgusting. Never coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'd give it zero stars if that were an option.
