Fabhotel The Fortune Inn

We booked online at a lower rate and paid, but when we arrived after a long journey, the hotel said that rate was too low and that they'd canceled the reservation. They told us to contact customer service. With nowhere else to go at that point, I ended up paying the higher amount they asked for and booking directly. The way they handled it felt careless and irresponsible. If they won't honor the online price, why offer online booking at all? Without that option, I could've checked the room and facilities before deciding whether to stay. Even after paying more, the room was in bad shape. There wasn't proper water, soap, or even a towel. The AC leaked, the bed wasn't clean, and basic amenities were missing. They usually ask around ₹2000 for a room, but the service and facilities don't come close to that value. I've stayed in many hotels and haven't had an experience like this. I'm sharing what happened so other customers can be careful. Please think twice before booking; it's your choice.

Getting to the hotel was difficult, and the room itself was poor, with a hard bed and doors that didn't lock properly. I booked online for 670, but staff said the current room price was 2300.

We booked on Agoda for 1000 and they confirmed it, but at check-in they demanded another 2500. They also charge 100 per hour for early check-in. The receptionist was especially rude and seemed drunk. It felt like they take advantage of people who are stuck, and this was the worst hotel experience I've had. Please don't go.

The place was comfortable for travel and had good parking. The rooms looked good and were clean, and reception responded well and helped whenever needed.
