OYO 7810 Keshiv Galaxy Inn

The quality seemed good, but the food tasted awful. The buttermilk wasn't provided, the rasam had no salt, the sambar was terrible, and the vegetable poriyal tasted bitter. I visited on 17.08.24 and won't go back.

I stayed four days, and the place was badly maintained. The bathrooms weren't up to standard or cleaned regularly. The receptionist seemed unconcerned about guest satisfaction and was reluctant even about a small change to the complimentary breakfast. Poor service.

It's a good place for a small family, and my little daughter enjoyed the stay. But there was no complimentary breakfast option, and you can't pay by credit card. The internet was extremely slow, which made it hard for a foreigner to work or keep in touch with family.

The main downside was having no elevator, which made moving luggage difficult at times. I hope they sort that out. The location is a little far from important facilities, though you can take an Uber, Ola, or an auto, and restaurants and pharmacies are within walking distance. For a budget hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, with enough space even if they're not huge. What stood out most was the support from Manager Antony and his wife. He helped with everything, from talking to local shops to getting cabs and arranging meals, and even handled things himself when needed. He made our stay feel very homely.
