The staff know their stuff, and the captain was especially helpful. He sorted out our refrigeration and extension requests, along with several others. The room was clean and even had a cute feel to it. Still, service was slow: the plug points weren't working when we arrived, and getting them fixed took a while. They also seemed busy whenever we asked for anything. I can see that we made quite a few requests, but more courtesy, politeness, and promptness would be welcome.

I was in town alone for two days to take an exam, and the stay was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in a prime spot, with metro, bus, and cabs easy to reach. I arrived two hours before check-in because of an early flight, and the staff arranged a small room where I could freshen up and rest. The receptionist was very kind, and everyone was well mannered and tried to help. There’s no kitchen, but they can arrange food and tea. I’d recommend the hotel. Thanks to OYO as always.

We booked a room for an employee and only found out afterward that the Wi-Fi doesn't work on the first floor. The staff confirmed this when we asked, but they hadn't mentioned it before the booking. Our employee needed internet for work, so we followed up and asked them to arrange it. They just repeated that Wi-Fi wasn't available there. They only took a very small amount off the bill for the week-long stay. The support was very poor, and we won't recommend rajeshwari to our employees or anyone else.

Pandi has given me good service on several occasions, though the experience depends on which of the two managers you deal with. The other staff seem uninterested in the property or in feedback. The owners appear to have invested in the furniture and linen, which seem good. I’m giving it three stars because it’s on the main road. For early check-in, try arranging it through the booking site or agency. The staff there don’t seem keen to prepare a room early, lol.
