OYO Flagship 12251 Half Moon

The room I was first given had a broken bed, and the manager already knew about it. I asked to switch rooms right away. Housekeeping continued into the evening at odd hours, and the staff seemed poorly trained. The rooms are decent, but the service is pathetic. Breakfast was a joke: only two or three items, and they tasted extremely bad. It felt like food they were going to throw out, and breakfast doesn’t even start until 8.30am. There’s no air conditioning in the dining area, just one staff member, and the food runs out before you can start eating. You get what you pay for, but I’d spend a little more elsewhere. This hotel is damaging the OYO franchise name and should be avoided.

The staff and the location are acceptable. A few things in the room need attention: the toilet seat was damaged, the air conditioning wasn’t adequate, and the water tank wasn’t refilled consistently.

The rooms were cramped and horrible, with a broken door, a disconnected intercom and AC that didn’t work. The restroom was awful too. There was cigarette smell everywhere and the maintenance was really bad. Don’t bring your family here.

Someone had come to our room without telling the receptionist, and he asked about the extra person. He didn’t make a scene, but his tone could’ve been more polite.
