The reception staff were good, and the apartment was nice. Breakfast is the only meal provided, and it’s simple but good. For lunch or dinner, you can order from outside and eat in the dining room.

I spent 15 days here and had a mostly good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Most amenities were what I expected. The fridge didn’t work, though. I reported it and asked for a replacement, but it was never fixed or changed during my stay, which was disappointing for such a long visit. Everything else went smoothly. I’d have rated the stay higher if they’d dealt with the fridge.

The location is a real plus, right in the heart of TNagar and close to all the important places. It’s usually busy, so book ahead. I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back. The rooms are decent, the air-conditioning has been upgraded, there’s parking, and good people run the place. My first few visits were challenging, but things got better once we built a decent rapport. I stand by this place and would recommend it.

Good parking, clean rooms, decent breakfast and helpful staff. The location is great too. It’d be nice if management added laundry facilities, like a washing machine. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
