The manager, especially the head manager, is too rude. They aren't doing us a favour by giving us a room, we're paying for it. Staff behaviour matters if a hotel wants people to come back, and they should work on this professionalism. The hotel has good facilities and a good location, 1.5 km from Apollo hospital. The room was small for the Rs.2192 price.

Rooms are neat, clean, and well furnished. The hotel is good, and the manager is calm and very good. I think the room suits two people, though a child could stay as well. If you're here for treatment at Apollo, it's a 15-minute walk. An auto costs at least 30 rupees one way.

The manager was very rude, and wouldn't give me the Wi-Fi password. You have to hand over your phone so he can enter it himself. I'm Muslim, and the bed is arranged with your feet facing west, which means I couldn't sleep that way. The owner is Muslim too, so I don't understand how this was overlooked. Breakfast wasn't up to scratch either. There were lots of blood-sucking bugs in the bed, pillows, and inside the blanket. The rooftop tank also made the tap water extremely hot all the time, so bathing was impossible. The place wasn't very clean. Worst OYO experience I've had.

We spent nearly 20 to 30 minutes trying to find the hotel after reaching the area because there are no signs. If you order tea, coffee, or water, expect to pay cash when you order, as those charges won't go on the final bill. Rooms are compact, and on the fourth floor you'll have to use the stairs for one floor because the lift only goes up to the third. The staircase smells, and so do rooms facing the back of the hotel.
