A quiet, pleasant setting for business or tourism, with well-maintained, comfortable serviced apartments just a few hundred metres from the Perungudi Tech park. Breakfast is complimentary and served in house, and WiFi is available. You can request 24/7 service, and cab service can be arranged if needed. The downside is getting to and from the location in rush hour traffic.

My new company arranged a week here when I moved from Hyderabad to Chennai. It was a pleasant stay, with all the basic needs covered, and the team managing the place was friendly.

It's in a quiet spot with no noise, and the amenities are easy to reach. The ambience is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the stay was pleasant and hassle free. A nice choice for a serene vacation.

The cleanliness was poor. The sofa set in villa 6 was very dirty, and the breakfast servers and workers weren't clean either. One day they served spoiled fruits, and they didn't mention the continental food options on the menu. At reception, the person asks for extra cash outside the bill, then says it will cost extra because he'll add GST when asked to include it. LOL.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is nice, and the staff are friendly. The water for bathing and hand washing is very hard, though.
