I booked a room last month. At night the AC didn’t work, there was no water in the bathroom, and water had spread across the floor. I couldn’t sleep at all. The area manager wasn’t friendly and spoke to me like a don when I complained. They said they’d refund the price of one room in a few days, but after a week they stopped answering my calls. When I went there in person, they tried to hit me. Please don’t book rooms like this.

We went as a group of 20 at 4:30 in the morning to bathe and freshen up before catching a flight to Sri Lanka. The hotel was in terrible condition. There was no hot water, it smelled bad, and the sinks and toilets weren’t properly cleaned. We couldn’t stay even 1.5 hours because of the smell. I don’t know how the health department approved this place. It should be closed permanently. The worst hotel.

A complete waste of money. The staff were rude, there was no cleanliness and no water in the bathroom. No TV or fan either, and the bed was awful. A bad smell hit as soon as I entered the room. They also charged 400 extra, and when I asked why, they answered rudely. I won’t book through this app again. I’ll use OYO, Trivago, or something similar.

Pathetic hotel with zero stars. The owner was extremely rude. I had a confirmed booking through make my trip, but he refused it when I arrived, saying they don’t take online bookings. It felt like they were taking advantage of customers. The service was awful, and I’m ashamed they’re fooling people. Please don’t use this hotel, they’ll just rip you off. Shameless people.
