Rohaan hotels Medavakkam by UPAR

The location made it easy to get to nearby areas, and the staff were quick to help whenever I asked. My room at Rohaan Hotels, Medavakkam was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I had a very pleasant, hassle-free stay and would recommend the hotel.

It was a good stay at rohaan. The rooms felt bright and pleasant, and the location is handy for nearby places around medavakkam. The washroom faucet does need some attention because of rust, perhaps from the salt water.

The staff were kind and supportive, but the state of the property let the stay down. The building looks impressive from outside, yet inside it felt neglected. My room had dust and grime when I arrived, and there were no towels or toiletries. The bathroom was especially unpleasant, with stained floors, a blocked shower head, and a generally dirty look. There is potential here, but poor upkeep overshadowed everything else. I wouldn't recommend staying until there are significant improvements.

The front desk reception was especially helpful during my two nights at Roohan Inn Medavakkam Chennai. Service was excellent and friendly, and breakfast was generous. I hope to visit again.
