The rooms are spacious, the AC worked well, and the bed linen and pillows were clean. The toilets and bathrooms were good too. You can spot aeroplanes passing overhead. I stayed for two days, but the solar heater they mentioned never supplied hot water. There's no TV, parking, or landline for reaching reception. With no hot water, I wouldn't come here in winter or rainy season.

They charged us Rs 500 for an extra person even though we'd booked for two and explained that the person would only be there a few hours. We paid, but they still didn't provide an extra bed or towel. The receptionist was rude and brushed it off as hotel policy. The room wasn't cleaned properly and the service was awful. Just a ridiculous place, with an irresponsible boss and rude staff. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was no water bottle, chair, table, TV, or anything else in the room. We had to get water from a can in the corridor. One towel was old and full of rat bites; the other was wet and smelled used. I booked through Cleartrip, but the photos there and on Google were outdated and nothing like the property. When I asked to move from the third floor to the second, reception said my ₹1000 online booking only earned them ₹700, so I should expect service worth that much. They said I could leave and claim a refund if unhappy, but Cleartrip showed the booking was non-refundable. The room on the second floor was even worse than the third-floor one. A complete waste of money.

We booked in person for a night with friends because they said online bookings wouldn't let them allow liquor. The location was convenient for all of us, so we went ahead. The room looked decent, though not especially neat. The TV didn't work and there was no drinking water. At least the AC worked fine. For the price, the stay was below par and mediocre. I'd look at nearby places instead.
