I got a good price for two nights and would stay here again. I booked because it was close to some temples I wanted to visit in Chennai. Check-in was smooth after booking online, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with pleasant decor and cool AC. No bugs, either. There were a few scuffs on the walls, which is understandable since they can’t repaint after every guest.

This is a very bad hotel, with lots of issues. The room layouts don’t match the photos on the website, so don’t come expecting what’s shown there.

The service person’s behavior made an already bad stay much worse. When I politely raised concerns about the room and asked for basic help, he got aggressive and argued with me instead of sorting anything out. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, with no support or hospitality during the stay. The room itself was neglected and poorly maintained. It was dirty, the sheets were torn, and it looked nothing like the booking photos. This was one of my worst stays. I’d strongly advise avoiding the property if you want a peaceful, respectful place. It wasn’t worth the price or stress. If I could give zero stars, I would. This shouldn’t even be called a room.

The rooms were in awful condition, with damp patches visible on the walls and an unsanitary bathroom. Customer service was very poor, too. When we reported the problems to the supervisor, they were dismissive and offered no solution. We also had to endure verbal abuse. I urge people not to book here.
