The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff behave well, and the complimentary breakfast is good. A few things need attention: the reception number never worked, the commode fitting was faulty, and the room should be checked for mosquitoes and cleaned properly before it’s handed over. It would also be better if they provided a Biotique bathing kit like other OYO rooms.

I had a terrible stay at this OYO. The photos on OYO and Google don’t match what I experienced. The bed cushions were awkward and noisy, the AC barely cooled, and the room was full of mosquitoes. Even the TV had no subscription, and the free channels wouldn’t work. A housekeeping guy played songs loudly in the verandah and kept me from sleeping. They use the same kind of towel for guests and as a bathroom mat, so I wondered how they tell them apart after washing. The worst stay I’ve had.

We booked three nights but left after seeing the rooms and toilets. They were below average, and the toilets were disgusting. Two men were walking around the corridor in towels looking for somewhere to dry their clothes, and I was with my family, so we decided to move. The staff kindly let us do that. We’d arrived at 9, and the front desk said early check-in meant paying extra. I offered to wait until 10, but was told we’d have to pay or check in at 12.

The lobby smelled like a dead rat, and the place felt unhygienic. The bed was very weird and seemed broken; the bathroom floor was dirty, with mud and dust, and the water flow was poor. AC cooling was weak during the day. The TV didn’t work, and although the telephone worked, nobody answered at reception because the manager was busy cleaning rooms. Staff were unprofessional and bad, there’s no restaurant, and the packaged water bottle seemed duplicate.
