I was lucky to get a full refund through agoda. I’d booked two rooms for my family, but the place looked shady and quite different from the pictures online. The area looked shady too. The manager was rude the whole time and said there were no rooms available. When I pointed out that we’d booked ahead, I asked how they could have given the rooms to someone else.

The location near Jazz Cinemas Luxe looked promising, but the stay was disappointing. Dust and dirt were visible around the room, the sheets and curtains smelled bad, and there were no toiletries, not even handwash. The ceiling was a sheet rather than concrete, and with so little ventilation or fresh air, I felt uneasy and cramped throughout the stay. When I raised these problems, management showed no interest and didn’t respond. The staff weren’t friendly or helpful, there was no car parking or assistance, and the amenities and edited photos on Agoda and other booking sites didn’t reflect the hotel as I found it. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families with kids, since the environment didn’t seem suitable for children and there were so few amenities or services. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone. No pros.

I was left stranded late at night with my parents, even though we’d paid the full fare. The property refused to let us in unless we paid extra, which we wouldn’t do. I’d booked through OYO, where one amount was charged at booking and more was demanded at check-in. OYO customer care was useless: an executive would remove the extra amount, then the property manager would add it back. The owner even dared us to prove it was a scam. Looking at other reviews, I’m glad we didn’t pay more, since people who stayed there seem to have had nothing but worse experiences.

Be careful booking this hotel through online providers such as Agoda. They may take full payment upfront, then demand extra money when you arrive to check in. Their customer service can be poor too.
