Even getting a working room key was a problem. The one we were given didn’t work, and staff didn’t take it seriously, wasting our time and causing needless hassle. The building is old and badly maintained. Taps were in poor condition, the mirror looked damaged, the walls were dirty, and hygiene overall was below an acceptable standard. The restaurant was just as disappointing, with slow, inattentive staff who lacked basic courtesy. From arrival onward, the stay was frustrating. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting guests. Requests were ignored or handled carelessly, and basic hospitality was missing. It didn’t feel comfortable or worth the money. I’ll never stay here again and strongly wouldn’t recommend it. They need to improve service, upkeep, and professionalism.

The second day, they asked us to wrap up early because another program had already been booked. If that was the schedule, they shouldn’t have promised us the venue. Tea came in regular cups on day one, then suddenly in paper cups on day two, with no explanation. We regret spending money on this event. There weren’t enough staff to manage it, and they kept making promises they couldn’t keep. We’d asked for everything to be ready by 8 AM, but staff had been told 10 AM. When we arrived at 8, nothing was ready, and we waited almost two hours. There was no proper coordination between the manager and staff; people said yes, then disappeared without responding, and arrangements were late despite reminders. Complaints didn’t lead to proper basic cleaning, and participants had a difficult, uncomfortable experience. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the hall had no electricity for around 30 minutes because there was no proper backup. There were mosquitoes and bees inside, and the restrooms were unhygienic. When we raised concerns, the main manager defended the staff and acted as though choosing the venue was our fault. Poor management, maintenance, and professionalism made this one of our worst hotel and event experiences. Strongly not recommended for workshops, conferences, or professional events.

I booked a one-day room for my guest and his daughter. They wouldn’t allow early check-in, then told them to leave in the evening even though I’d paid for the full day. Before booking, the staff spoke very nicely; afterward, they were rude and even withheld the breakfast I’d paid for. It was utterly humiliating. The room was poor, the toilet smelled bad, and the bedsheets weren’t properly washed. This felt like cheating. I’m going to file a consumer case over the poor service. Be careful before booking.

The staff were unresponsive and made no real effort to sort anything out. The room had a horrible smell as soon as we walked in, sticky floors, and a dirty bathroom where water kept dripping. The toilet flush didn’t work, and the taps leaked and were covered in salt deposits, a clear sign of no upkeep. The old beds were rock hard, so sleeping comfortably was impossible. The outdated window AC did work, and that was the only thing that did. Even budget travelers deserve basic hygiene and standards. I’d avoid this place unless there’s literally no other option.
