I paid through an online site, but they refused me at check-in and I lost my money too. No room, no money. Don’t book this hotel, directly or online.

It might have been good in the past, but it isn’t anymore. We waited more than 30 minutes past check-in time because the room was still being cleaned, and the cleaning wasn’t good. There were stains on the bed and the bathroom hygiene was awful. The room’s door lock was also faulty. The key wouldn’t turn properly unless you jiggled it into a particular position. Staff service wasn’t great either.

The manager was awful, rude, and full of ego and attitude. Don’t ever go there.

At around 1 AM, the lights, fans, and AC stopped working in both rooms. We kept calling, but got no response. The caretaker was never around when we needed him and didn’t answer even after 15 to 20 calls. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty. When we asked for fresh ones, he said there weren’t enough. There was no Wi-Fi on the first floors, and everything was dirty. The worst experience ever. Do not book this place.

Even with a reservation, they wouldn’t give us a room and offered no valid explanation. We were left waiting for a long time while the staff acted dismissive and disrespectful. The service was terrible, and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience.
