It feels more like an apartment building renting out rooms than a proper hotel. Still, my room was clean and comfortable, if a little small, and worked fine for a 12-hour layover before my next flight. Room service was almost nonexistent, unless tea in a plastic bag is your thing.
We were woken by loud music at 6 am after finally settling into the room around 5:30, and couldn't get back to sleep until 8. The tiny room had no attached bathroom, so we had to pay extra for one, and there was no water heater. Breakfast came in plastic with no cutlery. The staff were unreliable, and getting there was difficult since there was no local public transport. Worst place to stay.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice, but you'll need to bring your own toiletries or ask for soap and shampoo. Getting there was a hassle: it's only 3 km from the airport as the crow flies, but the route is 7 km on rural roads. Sorgam Residency is in a village-like area with few autos, so book an Ola if you're heading to the city or airport.
Mr.Raghu and his team handled everything for our birthday party at @Sorgam residency, from decorations and photography to the food, which made things much easier for us. The event went really well, and guests especially liked the ambience, decorations, and Briyani. Service was good, and we've recommended the place to many people who asked.
The mattress had springs in it and was uncomfortable, and there wasn't even a bathroom mirror for shaving. Staff were rude, communication was difficult, and they ignored my complaints, telling me to take them up with Cleartrip. I booked through Cleartrip, and it was a bad experience.
