I booked five nights through makemytrip, and the room and bathroom were filthy. The bathroom light didn’t work. When I mentioned it, they calmly replied, “there is no wore connection for bathroom,” though they were polite about it 😅. The bed was crawling with bugs, so you couldn’t even sit on it. The bathroom bucket looked like it had won the world cup 🏆. One star for the staff’s behavior and service.

I paid Rs 550/- for a Non AC room just to freshen up, and it was far worse than I expected. It was the dirtiest place I can imagine, even though the same hotel apparently has some somewhat decent rooms. I left within a couple of hours. At least they gave me a towel when I asked.

I booked four days through Makemytrip, but they arrogantly refused me, saying there was no accommodation, even though I’m a senior citizen. The people answering the phone were very rude. I wouldn’t choose this place. Why do they make agreements with online booking companies if they turn guests away?

The front office staff had an attitude and didn’t provide even the basic service I expected. It’s nowhere near worth the price, and it’s the worst hotel I’ve visited recently. I wouldn’t stay there even for free. Don’t claim to be a 2-star hotel and drag the name down. I have no idea why OYO partnered with them. Oyo, think carefully about your moves.

The photos they show aren’t what the rooms actually look like. They were like government toilets. The lodge staff were arrogant and didn’t show even basic humanity. This is from my own stay with my family, so please look at my photo for what the place is really like. My sincere advice to everyone: don’t go there.
