Staff were okay, and there wasn't any other disturbance. Still, the place was dirty: the bedspreads hadn't been washed and the room wasn't cleaned properly. At most, it might do for a few hours to freshen up. I wouldn't stay overnight or for more than a day, and it's definitely not suitable for a family. I paid 1100 in total, which wasn't worth the money. I'd rate it 1.5 out of 5.

The reception staff had a terrible attitude. Be careful with online bookings here: they charged 900 for a non-AC room and 1200 for an AC room, and said guests who booked online at a lower price had to pay extra at check-in to cover the platform commission and discount.

Getting there by transport is easy, but there's no parking. There aren't meals here either, though hotels nearby have food. Maintenance was okay, not great. Rates were 900 for a regular room and 1200 for an AC room.

I'm fully satisfied with this guest house. It merged with oyo two years ago, and back then the prices were high and I wasn't happy with it. Now the price is reasonable and the service is good. I strongly recommend it.

I stayed for 10 days and found the rooms really good for an affordable price. If you're looking for a room near MMM hospital, I'd suggest this guest house.
