I paid 1300₹ for six hours in an AC room during an eight-hour wait after landing at Chennai airport, before catching a bus from Koyambedu. The room was horrible, with no cleanliness and no door locks. The toilet water smelled like urine. I’ve stayed in bad places around the world, but this was shockingly bad. This place would rank first among the worst places to stay. Don’t run a business if you can’t manage it. All the curses to the Owner.

The rooms are in bad condition. The bedsheet was old and dirty, and the bed was torn in places. The sofa was completely torn too. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Room rates come in lower, middle, and higher budget categories. Paying more for an AC room might get you a somewhat clean one. The service used to be good, but now there’s only one Hindi-speaking staff member going around for room service. The cleanliness is a question mark.

The room was so dirty and bad that I wish there were a zero-star rating. The picture on the Oyo app was fake, and I’m disappointed with OYO. It was a waste of money, with terrible customer service. Please end the partnership with this residency.

I stayed one night, and the place is very close to CMBT, almost within walking distance. But if you book through OYO, they give you bad rooms. Mine had no TV or hot water, poor ventilation, and an inadequate cot and bed. They reuse bedsheets from other rooms, even during this covid time.
